Founder & President
Shrey Vedantham
Shrey is the founder and president of Kidz Code. He is an incoming computer science student at Purdue University and recently graduated high school. He has been coding in Python for 6 years. Shrey loves to code, drum, hang out with his family and friends, and (of course!) mess around with technology. He has completed several college level and Advanced Placement computer science courses and is excited to share his knowledge. Shrey led the Student Council of Clayton High School in converting its activities into online formats during the pandemic, and was named 2022 Sophomore of the Year for his academic and extracurricular achievements. In addition to being the President of the Student Council, Shrey has devoted many hours to giving technology support to senior citizens. Most of all, he has really enjoyed helping grade-school children explore their interest in coding in a friendly and stress-free way and is excited to share this opportunity with more kids.
